Premier has been a family business since 1962. Brothers Dave, Ted, and Will Gortemaker grew up with ink in their veins and currently run Premier’s 75,000 square foot manufacturing plant as well as a 15,000 sq. ft. textile facility specializing in dye-sublimation apparel & display goods. They have witnessed the rapid changes to their father’s and grandfather’s industry and are committed to participate in leading it for years to come. These three brothers aren’t “ivory tower” leaders. They are in the office planning with their team, on the plant floor cultivating excellence, and in customer board rooms building partnerships. Every day they seek to grow people, performance, and mutual profitability in the print industry.
